Voice Dialogue is a great method that I use to become aware of the source of (ego) patterns. This brings us understanding, compassion and self-love, bringing us closer to our true self. The result is less unconscious behaviour patterns, and the absence of behaviour repression.
Voice Dialogue gives space to our true self. I believe that at depth, everyone longs to be more authentic. The subconscious protects us from being our full self. It is a strong mechanism, serving for at least part of your life. Nevertheless, it has a downside. Fitting in without being ourselves leads to unconscious suffering. Over time, this wears us out.
I am delighted to see authenticity receiving greater emphasis in our society. This is the place from where we can connect to ourselves and others in a more fulfilling way. Voice Dialogue sessions can also be done via online sessions.
